The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for owning and enhancing the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring a consistent, positive, and value‑driven experience across all touchpoints. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, improving satisfaction and retention, and aligning internal teams around a customer‑first mindset.
