 The Senior Corporate Account Executive is a strategic sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and expansion of high‑value corporate accounts. This role focuses on complex, consultative sales engagements and building long‑term partnerships with mid‑market and enterprise‑level clients.

As a senior member of the sales team, this position leads the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, while engaging executive‑level decision makers. The Senior Corporate Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor, aligning business challenges with tailored solutions and delivering measurable value to clients.

• Lead complex, full‑cycle sales engagements via phone and virtual meetings, from strategic prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
• Engage and influence executive‑level stakeholders (VPs, C‑suite, senior directors) using a consultative, value‑driven approach
• Conduct in‑depth discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and position tailored, outcome‑focused solutions
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, maintaining detailed CRM documentation and providing leadership‑level visibility
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, solutions, operations, and customer success to ensure seamless execution and retention
• Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings to enhance executive‑level sales conversations

• 4+ years of successful B2B corporate sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Demonstrated experience selling IT solutions, such as managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or infrastructure, to mid‑market or enterprise clients
• Strong ability to sell consultatively at the executive level, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value
• Proven expertise in managing complex sales cycles, including multi‑stakeholder negotiations, forecasting, and pipeline strategy
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data‑driven sales forecasting and reporting

The EMNS Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Emergency Mass Notification Systems (EMNS) across customer sites. This role ensures systems are deployed accurately, function reliably, and comply with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Working in the field and in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and customers, the EMNS Installation Technician installs hardware and supporting infrastructure, performs system testing, and provides documentation and basic user guidance as needed. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at customer locations.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety focused, and technically inclined, with experience in low voltage systems, cabling, or electronic installations. Success in this role comes from delivering high quality installations, maintaining professionalism on‑site, and ensuring customers are confident in the reliability of their emergency notification systems.

• Install and configure EMNS hardware and components, including speakers, controllers, cabling, and network interfaces at customer sites
• Perform low voltage cabling work, ensuring installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and local codes
• Test, commission, and validate EMNS systems to confirm proper functionality, coverage, and reliability
• Interpret installation plans, schematics, and technical documentation to complete projects accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues related to hardware, wiring, connectivity, or system performance
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure installations align with project scope and timelines
• Document installations and system configurations, including test results and as‑built information
• Follow safety procedures and site‑specific requirements while maintaining a professional presence on customer premises
• Provide basic system walkthroughs or operational guidance to customers upon completion of installation

• Demonstrate the ability to install, integrate, and troubleshoot low‑voltage system installation, such as EMNS, paging, audio, fire alarm support, access control, or life‑safety systems
• Working knowledge of structured cabling, wiring standards, and basic networking concepts
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills related to hardware, cabling, and system functionality
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to customer sites and work in field environments

This role ensures camera systems, network components, and supporting infrastructure are deployed accurately, securely, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Working primarily in the field, the IP Video Installation Technician installs cameras, mounts hardware, runs and terminates cabling, and configures networked video systems. This position collaborates with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure installations are completed on time and function reliably within the customer’s network environment.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and technically skilled, with experience in low‑voltage systems, IP networking, or security technology. • Install and mount IP cameras and related hardware, including indoor and outdoor devices, housings, and brackets
• Run, terminate, and test low‑voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber as applicable) in accordance with industry standards
• Configure IP video systems, including cameras, NVRs/VMS software, network settings, and camera parameters
• Commission and validate video systems, ensuring proper coverage, image quality, connectivity, and recording functionality
• Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues related to hardware, cabling, PoE, or network performance
• Interpret project documentation, such as drawings, camera layouts, and installation plans, to complete work accurately
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure installations meet project scope and timelines
• Follow safety procedures and best practices while maintaining a professional presence at customer sites

• Hands‑on experience installing and supporting IP video surveillance systems, including cameras, NVRs, and VMS platforms
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, fiber preferred), termination, and testing best practices
• Working understanding of IP networking concepts, including PoE, VLANs, IP addressing, and basic switch configuration
• Ability to mount cameras and hardware safely and accurately, both indoors and outdoors, using appropriate tools and methods
