Position Overview

The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with mid‑market and enterprise level clients. This role focuses on understanding complex customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and guiding prospects through a consultative, full cycle sales process.

As a key contributor to the sales organization, the Corporate Account Executive partners closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through long‑term retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle via phone and virtual meetings, from initial outreach and discovery through close and contract execution
  • Engage and influence corporate decision makers, including directors and executives, using a consultative, value‑based sales approach
  • Conduct high volume outbound and inbound calls to generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, and advance active deals
  • Identify customer pain points and recommend customized solutions that align with corporate business objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining strong activity and conversion metrics
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain detailed CRM records for all customer interactions and deal stages
  • Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, sales operations, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position solutions effectively in conversations

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop sales with B2B or corporate sales, preferably selling IT services, managed services, hardware, or education technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills, with confidence engaging executives and IT leaders
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, or networking concepts, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value
  • Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively over the phone and via virtual meetings to corporate and mid‑market decision‑makers
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking

The Support Desk Technician provides first‑line technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and a positive customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application related issues in a fast‑paced support environment.

As part of the IT support team, the Support Desk Technician responds to incoming tickets and calls, diagnoses technical problems, and resolves issues remotely or escalates them as needed. This position works closely with internal teams to document solutions, follow established processes, and ensure service levels are met.

  • Log, track, and update support tickets accurately in the ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher‑level technicians while communicating status updates to users
  • Follow established support processes and SLAs, prioritizing issues based on urgency and business impact
  • Educate users on basic system functionality, best practices, and preventative measures to reduce repeat issues
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth resolutions and a consistent customer support experience

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide phone‑based technical support, preferably in an MSP or fast‑paced IT support environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and common business applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues efficiently
